I was searching for a new breakfast spot- quiet - to do some work, healthy, Wi-Fi, and iced coffee. I have hit another Flower Mound spot regularly, and it’s about $20. Forget that. I could do without the music at Rosas, and they have no Wi-Fi. My phone works fine without it. The booths are a little tight to the table but easily doable. I had a chorizo with egg bowl. It was piled high with refried beans, potatoes, and shredded cheese. I added a coffee. $6.50!!! Free refills on coffee. Ice machine. And … fresh salsa bar with maybe six or more choices. Fast service. The food was excellent. I’ll add a tortilla next time.UNREAL. Do it.

PROs: Great location. Plenty of parking. Beautiful spanish decor, brought back memories of being in Old Town/Mexico's restaurants. Plenty of dishes to choose from. Average cost but the food was ok. CONs: Reminded me of an upscaled Taco Bell with a self serve salsa and fountain drink bar. Not what our family expected as our first experience. Walk into place, order at the counter, walk down to pick up your food off trays, locate a place to sit and serve yourself salsa and drinks. To go boxes are located at the food pick up counter.

The cashier made these first time visitors feel like Rosa’s Cafe values its customers. They offer a vibrant Tex Mex dining experience. The decor is beautiful, the food is very tasty and the service was wonderful. The chips were a bit stale but the homemade tortillas were delicious. The mild salsa was very spicy but good. Rosa’s has a drive thru and convenient parking for customers who prefer to dine in. They’re located in the Highland Village shopping center and easily accessible. Taco Tuesdays is something to consider.

My family frequency visits this location. Rosa's is my go to resturant when i f look y back into Texas from any other state. But when i ordered my Christmas family dinner to be picked up before they close, i was met with excuses as to why it was not ready. They claimed to remake the order twice. My husband waited 15 minutes before the order was ready. When we checked, it was given to us in to go containers and not the family platter we ordered. Now we have to rearrange or Christmas eve dinner to be more presentable to our guest. This so called family size fajitas cost us $150.00. I wish we didnt recommend Rosa's for our Christmas Eve dinner. I will be contacting their headquarters as the issue could not be resolved this evening.

Consistently delicious. My family and I have been eating at this location for over 10 years and week after week they continue to deliver delicious food and great service. For a fast casual restaurant, this place is extremely hard to beat if you are looking for crispy or soft tacos at an incredible value. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this place to friends or any fan of Tex-mex.

Honestly, this was my third time ever coming here. First 2 times felt the same. The food is a bit expensive in exchange for the quality of “Tex mex”. I order the burrito for the first time today and what I learned about my order after I already reached home was that it is not an actual burrito (though it is labeled “burrito” on the menu), when in fact, it is a normal size tortilla with fajita meat which is a TACO. With nothing in it might I add. So upsetting that I took to review. Only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because the meat was actually seasons okay and it’s not the location’s fault but a corporate issue.

The manager was kind and very sweet. She told us that it would be a wait for the rice since they ran out but gave us some free snacks on the side as an apology. Would definitely come back just for the great service and delicious food.

Absolutely immaculately clean!!! My hubby had the Migas plate breakfast. It was a lot of food and smelled delicious 😋. He said it tasted great!!! Management should be recognized along with the employees that keep this place in great condition and so clean. Glass hangings, artificial plants, etc. are not easy to keep dust free, and they are pristinely clean! Great job!!! Priced very good for all budgets!
